OUR STORY
J.C. Grant and Associates, Inc. was founded in 2011 and has historically provided consulting services to enterprises in a variety of industries and sizes. We're problem solvers and have provided a helping hand to companies in a diversity of capacities including executive leadership, strategy formation and execution, budgeting, operations, financial reporting, compliance, sales, mergers and acquisitions, human resources, and information technology. We've prided ourselves on serving others to the best of our ability and leaving our clients with a smile. The next chapter in the company's journey will be to acquire select enterprises that have a reputation of providing exceptional results to their customers and that have a desire for those results to continue under partnered ownership.

Industry Verticals
We seek companies in three primary verticals: Business and Professional Services, Manufacturing, and Industrials.
Profitability
We seek companies with a sustained EBITDA of $2M - $20M over the past three fiscal years.
Ownership & Management
We seek companies whose owners want a continued ownership stake in the company, desire a partner for growth, and whose management team will continue day-to-day operations after a transition.
Geography
We seek companies headquartered in the United States that employ at least half of their workforce domestically.
*Companies that do not meet one or more of the the Acquisition Criteria can be considered on a case-by-case basis.
